If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. Michael was so helpful in both our home purchasing search and in helping us rent out our previous home as an investment property. He was extremely patient, as we took nearly 2 years to find the right home for us, and extremely knowledgeable about different neighborhoods (we searched from South Philadelphia up through different neighborhoods in Montgomery County), could identify items that would/would not need repair or improvement once we made our purchase, advised on things that would/would not pass an inspection, and provided so much insight on what would make an offer competitive without pressuring us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. He made all steps of the process easy and as little stress as possible for something that had the potential to be extremely stressful. When the previous owners of the home we purchased hadn’t fully moved out of the house on settlement day, he coordinated and worked with them to get everything out before settlement was complete. He then continued to check in on things in the new house after we had moved in — truly going above and beyond in every capacity! He is friendly, thoughtful, well-informed, easy to work with, and I cannot recommend him enough! We will absolutely be using him again for any future moves.
